Bettany displays a powerful, absorbing and sublime performance of a soldier in Apartheid South Africa.
A White soldier (Bettany) is tasked with enforcing Apartheid segregation, unsure of the ethical validity of the regime and disheartened by the brutally of his job he returns home to ironically find his wife in bed with a black man.
Dark and Tense, We observe as racism and prejudice propel the actions of Bettany as he struggles to resolve the situation with his wife and their unfortunate lodger.
