“Operarion Valkyrie” depicts the important event in the history of Nazi Germany, the failed assassination attempt of German officers of the Wehrmacht against Hitler in 1944.
It was done again in 2008 staring Tom Cruise and for some reason I preferred this version. For the simple reason it’s an American take on the subject!
Enjoyable film to watch if you’re into War films as I am! 
It Stars Sebastian Koch, who you’ll recognise from ‘The Lives of Others’ if you’re interested in world cinema. That by the way is another truly great Film!
