A highly contagious virus is spreading throughout the land. With one bite, it\'s only hours before victims turn into zombies and hunt for human flesh. Morgan, Ash, and Johnny might just be the only humans left, but they don\'t seem to mind and find enjoyment lounging around in their underwear living in vacant homes. When they stumble upon a hot chick who just may have a cure, the three decide it\'s finally time to step up to the plate and save the world - and the girl. Last of the Living stars 3 friends who live a secluded life in a zombie infested world, until one day they meet Stef a scientist with a possible cure to save humanity. First they have to visit the hospital to collect a blood sample and then fly to the safety of Stuart Island where People are waiting to process the sample.
Shot on a shoestring budget, Last of the living makes the most out of very little, the style is very reminiscent of Shaun of the dead, the script is simple and fresh and the characters very human and real, the story is unoriginal but the film itself is genuinely funny.
