This film is crazy, with psyonic powers flying left right and centre melting and blowing peoples mind away its a supernatural sensory overload of guts mess and freakiness. To break it down, there are people out there with the ability to do special things due to a them being a psyonic aka psychic having a much more powerful mind then the average human, and when one of these people use their powers to turn normal people to murdering police officers its up to the police forces own psyonic to track down the mastermind and stop him before more cops get toasted. The film has a very 90s cop feel to it but the atmosphere is adequately dark and tense and the direction is polished and sharp.
