Errol Babbage (Richard Gere) is a sex offenders corrections agent, using extreme methods and often violent behaviour to keep his flock of offenders in stray, has 18 days left before being let go from his job. He takes under his wing Allison (Claire Danes) and teaches her the ropes. A kidnapping occurs that Babbage is convinced has been committed by one of his flock and a race to find the girl and the perp ensues.
Tense, dark and bold, The flock is a chilling film portraying the darker side of humanity and one mans efforts to keep in check.
